Quality guarantee and after-sales service - The warranty of machine is 12 months
- The warranty of the laser tube is 10 months.
- The warranty is dated from Ex Factory Date.
- During warranty, we will send the consumable parts to you for repairing/replacing.(Parts is free for you, but you should undertake the freight fees)
- When the warranty is over, we will charge for replacing.
- Technical support: For any feedback of malfunction of the machine, we will response in two hours and help work your problem out via phone, or internet, webcam. If required, we can send our engineer overseas for on-site technical support
- Systematic training: In order to make the operator master all the operations and skills, we have professional training for clients about machine operation, maintenance, cutting process, lasting 3-5 work days.
Before signing contracts, we provide production solution, samples reference, consultancy service for equipments' technological parameters, prices and types. We cordially welcome customers to visit our factory, you will be served with professional reception staff, free catering and transportation.
