1. Laser cut 304#0.8mm stainless steel as the channel letters' frame, leave about 10mm's surrouding edge; 2. Power coted the shaped stainless steel channel letter's surface to be the color you like;
2. Use waterproof LED module, put it in the inside of the channel letters, stick it;
3. Laser cut the 3.0mm's thickness of acrylic panel as the shapes of the stainless steel LED channel letters we have finished;
4. Put the laser cut acrylic panel into the surrouding edge of the LED channel letter;
5. Connect transformer: 12V&20A;
6. Connect the electristy, then the whole set of LED channel letter will bright as the acrylic panel's color;
