Roadheader series product is modern mechanical equipment for roadway excavation, covering over 10 specifications, types of light weight, medium weight and heavy weight with cutting power of 50KW to 315KW, cutting hardness of f4 to f12, which is applicable for the rapid excavation of coal, semi-coal and whole-rock roadway with cutting cross section of 3.8 to 42m2 and also applicable to the excavation of other mines, highway, railway and roadway of water conservancy project under similar condition.
EBZ132L boom-type roadheader, applicable to thin-seam and small-section coal roadway or semi coal-rock roadway, is a kind of integrated heading equipment which integrates cutting, shipping and walking.
Special design of low body (body height: 1.4m), underslung, with high stability and great grade ability;
Adopt fixed head, with good rigidity and high strength; suitable for semi coal-rock roadway;
Adopt small-diameter cutting head, with strong single-pole force, reasonable cutting pick arrangement, strong cutting capacity, low cutting vibration and high working stability;
Adopt imported low-speed and high-torque motor of international brand (Rexroth, Germany) for the loading mechanism and arc-shaped three-gear star wheel (directly-driven), to minimize coal reclaiming and improve the loading efficiency;
Adopt narrow shovel plate (2.6m), imported wearing plate for panel and base plate welding, with strong adaptability and long service life;
Adopt NORD-LOCK washer (American patent) for the joint of critical components, to avoid loosening under strong vibration;
The electrical system is equipped with the function of dynamic liquid crystal display in Chinese characters and hydropower closure; the electric cabinet adopts anti-shock design for semi coal-rock roadway heading.
