A: Because it's like a drawing kindle board, if the backlight is bright, the drawings on the tablet would be bright accordingly. Also sometimes different pc monitors or screens of cellphone may cause these differences.

A: Because boxes probably touch against the screens of writing board during the transportation, please press the erase button to wipe off.
