Product Description
Liqiud glucose is a kind of starch syrup,with starch as a raw material by the action of enzymes.
Main ingredients are glucose,malcose,maltotetraose,and more than maltotetraose,ects.
It is also called glucose syrup,dextrose. Solid state is white crystal,soluble in water,slightly sweet
taste, with optical activity.
Property and Use
In candy,it has good crystallizaition resistance,oxidation resistance,
Medium viscosity, good chemical stability in the production of cold drink.Used in canned fruit, fruit juice,drinks and edible syrups can use its viscosity,improve product consistency and delicy,High osmotic pressure, high sweetness,as a sweetener for candyt,candied fruit,jam,canned fruit juice and cream in the food,have good reducibility.With high moisture absorption and moisturizing effect,can make the baking foods to keep moisture constant, soft and tasty.

It can prevent the crystallization of sucrose, prevent candies crystallization to make the candies taste mild and fine.
