Applications For
Cutting tools
Our range of rectangles are produced by further processing whole stones and have all faces cut to size. Whole stones and plates are oriented on the crystallographic {100} and {110} planes of synthetic diamond. For more information, please view our Synthetic diamond for dressing/cutting brochure.
Dressing tool
This plates are applied in dressing tool types, i. e. Single point, blade, rotary and roller dressers, as well as special cutting tools and indentors. Plates are made by further processing whole stones and have all faces cut to size. It is oriented on the crystallographic {100} plane of synthetic diamond.
Wire drawing dies
For applications of drawing non-ferrous, ferrous, precious and refractory materials which require ultra-fine finishes, synthetic diamond is the preferred wire drawing material. The die blanks are orientated on the crystallographic {111} plane of synthetic diamond.
