Product feature:
1. Reasonable structure design makes cleaning machinery much easier and thorough. The surface has been polished, outside structure parts and tightening parts as well as rotating drum are all made of stainless steel. You can open the lid to clean the space between shell and rotating drum conveniently.
2. Frame is plate structure, and the barycenter of the machine is fallen down. So you can get a smaller installing space. Plate frame can be used as operation platform.
3. Liquid damping absorber can effectively eliminate vibration. This makes ordinary maintenance much easier.
Spray system is used to clean inside surface of shell, inside and outside surface of rotating drum, and other invisible parts in the centrifugal machine. This guarantees the cleanness and also corresponds to GMP standard.
4. It can be started up by transducer stably. Separation sufficient can be adjusted. It is equipped with contactless energy consumption braking system and anti-static belt conveying. Sealing parts are made of silicon rubber or fluorin rubber. It can realize the requirement of obturating explosion prevention, so it is suitable for the application of poisonous conditions or the conditions in which the material which can easily get fire or explode.

Application:
SS series is a kind of sedimentation centrifuge which adopts tripod type, man unloading from the top, intermittent operating centrifuge with filtration function. It is suitable for your to separate suspensive liquor with solid powder ≥ 0.01mm. The type of solid material can be granular or crystalloid. It also can dehydrate some material such as roving, textile etc. This series centrifuge has the features as simple structure, easy operation, operating sequences can be adjusted at your option, filter residue can be completely washed, solid granular can not easily broken. The solid grain can be grain state, crystal state or fibre state. It is also used in dewatering, such as yarn or textile.
It is widely used in chemical, pharmacy, food, light industry and other trades. For instance: Gypsum, ferric sulfate, nickel sulphate, copper' sulphate, potassium chloride, acetate, borax, soda, rubber addition, dye, plastics raw material, soap, grease, all kinds of resin, salt, gourmet powder, food addition, vitamin, herbicide, insectifuge and dewatering of cupper zinc, aluminium and other miner powder.
