Usage
The equipment is used for the production processes such as hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation, evaporation and etc. In pharmacy, chemical industry, food, light industry etc. The reaction kettles are made of SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel materials. The blending forms include anchor type, frame type and oar type. The transmission mechanism can adopt cycloid pin gear reducer and stepless speed reducer etc. The sealing mechanism can adopt mechanical seal. The heating and cooling can adopt jacket, semi-tube and coil pipe structure. The heating methods include steam, electric heating and heat transfer oil to meet the technological requirements under different working conditions such as anti-acid, anti-alkali, anti-high-temperature, anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion. The products can be designed and manufactured according to technological requirement of users.

1. Technology Introduction
RLC Reaction tank use upright single-layer structure, inside dealing with polishing, outside use grinded board for keeping temperature, welding part dealing with polishing. Materials touched liquid all use 316L stainless steel, others use 304 stainless steel. Upside has water entrance, material feeding hole, circumfluence hole, disinfection hole, 360°rotation cleaning ball, manhole, 0.22µm air breathing machine and churn system. Downside has water exit, pollution exit, sampling hole, Temperature probe, Liquid level transducer. In sidepiece of the tank, there are Steam entrance and cooling water entrance.

4. Characteristics of the PLG tank
(1) The bottom of the tank use concavo-convex plate cover and longitudinal churn type. This design prevents the liquid whirlpool during rotation, make the moving track of the liquid not regular when churned, then make the liquid mix very uniformity, and improve the mixing speed.
(2) The tank use high-grade fittings, this make sure the equipments can safely running for a long time.
Speed controlling machine from Wuma, with low noisy, runs smoothly, mechanical seal, oil leaking prevent design. It is very suitable for pros and cons running frequently.
The Liquid level test machine use our own product.
