1.About Sobic Acid
Sobic acid is a white crystalline powder,insoluble in water,soluble in ethanol and other organic solvents,use must first be soluble in ethanol or potassium hydrogen sulfate.
2.Uses
[1] Mainly used as a food preservative, is efficient and safe preservative recommended by FAO and WHO.
