Application Fields:
EMP AIT-1000 is odorless, non-harmful and safe finishing agent. The product has the good property of air cleaning, body fatigued eliminating and promoting body health effect. Faabrics with EMP AIT-1000 can emit negative ionic to help our body keeping vigorous.
EMP AIT-1000 can emit more anions than other similar products.

Features:
The product has high negative ionic emission property;The product is non-toxic and non-harmful;The product has no adverse influence on handle and color fastness of treated fabrics; Textiles treated with the product has multi-functional effect of warm-keeping and immunity-increasing, and the product can be used for bedding, underwear and garments, and curtain etc.; The product has good stability and will not decomposing and deteriorating under high temperature.
Application:
The product can be used by means of printing, coating and padding process. Application amount of the product is 3-6% of the weight of the fabrics).
When applying for fabric finishing, it's necessary to add EMP FIX-ET: 2.0%~3.0%. Application process is as follows:
Pick up: 75-90%, EMP AIT-1000: 3.0~6.0%(owf); drying at 100ºC, curing at 150ºC×1min.
Package: 25kg plastic barrel, or other package according to requirements.
