KOLLER HYF50 Plate Ice Machine/Commercial ice machine has adopted Bitzer/Copeland compressor for our HYF50, the first-class refrigerant component (Castel or Danfoss ); We can guarantee the 100% capacity for to produce 5000kg/day; They high efficiency, energy saving and low maintenance.

KOLLER Plate Ice Maker/ice machine/ice plate machine has a daily output from 1 tons to 200tons. It can be extensively applied into supermarkets, quatic production processing, pelagic fishery, vegetable/fruit processing and fresh keeping, meat processing, concrete cooling, chemical industry and so on.

Thanks to our unique technology, our Plate Ice Machine only consumes 60~65 KW power to produce one ton ice, compared with other machines, they normally need 85 kw power to make 1 ton ice, our plate ice machine is greatly energy saving in this field.

1.  Q: Power supply: the power can be single phase?
       A: No, it need the industrial supply power for the whole plant, say that 3phase power, 380~420V,50Hz, 3P or 220~240V, 60Hz, 3P.
 
-2. Q: If this is my first time to invest ice plants, then how should I prepare my factory?
       A: Water treatment to pure water for ice machine to make ice transparent. We also suggest digital scale and sealing machine to seal bag. 
What is more,cold room is for ice storage.
The above information explain what you should do, first you need to check the water in your factory is good enough for human consumption, if not, you need to prepare a water treatment for your ice plant.
