Use:
In food industry, this material could be used as a nature preservative. The principle of antibacterial is reducing the activity of water. But, one more attention, when the concentration is more than 2%-3%, there is astringency. Therefore, this material is not be used alone, generally, it will be used along with other natural preservatives.
