Crystalline monocarbamate is unstable, colorless crystal solid, diamond, easy tide, melting point of 42 ºC, boiling point of 140 (2.53kpa), the relative density of 1.282 (20 ºC), soluble in water, ethanol, ether, , Insoluble in ethylene oxide, can be volatile with water vapor, easy polymerization.
50% aqueous solution as a colorless liquid, specific gravity of 1.07, in the water has a high solubility, was weak acid, at 43 ºC and water completely miscible.

Packing, storage and transportation:
It is packed by plastic drum, net weight 25, 50, 100, 200kg/drum, or at customer's request.
The temperature during storage should not be more than 35ºC for products in concentration below 30%.
The temperature during storage should not be more than 25ºC for products in concentration above 50%.
