The XZS series rotary vibrating screen is used for materials screening /sieving /sorting /grading /classifying /separating. It is electronic automatic ,suitable for screening fine powders and granules ,separate materials to different size fractions. also used for liquid filtering /purifying
This ratory vibrating screen machine can be single deck or multi decks , with different mesh size for each deck (mesh size can be 2-300 mesh). screen diameter can be 400mm ,450mm, 500mm, 600mm ,800mm, 1000mm,1200mm,1500mm and 1800mm as per different process capacity requirement .widely used for food , chemical , mineral industries etc.

Working Principle of Vibrating Screen Machine :
use a vertical vibrating motor as vibraion source , making processing materials on the screen move centrifugally ,and realize high accuracy screening purpose. by adjusting eccentric blocks' angles of the motor , can easily change the vibrating force , and then change material moving routes.
