| 1. Where is your factory located? |
| Our factory is located in Lingshou Hebei,China,You can visit us from your country to Shijiazhuang railway station. It takes about 1 hour by car from railway station to our factory. |
| 2. What is the material used and How do you make your products? |
| All in natural stone, marble, granite, sandstone, travertine, limestone. We combined finest hand carving together with advanced machine work. Our sculptures, carvings are 100% Hand Carved from Natural Solid Stone. Tiles, Countertops, Flat materials, we make them by our CNC machine. |
| 3. What colors are available? |
| Stone products has a lot of colors for selection, they are all natural colors. Details please reqiure our brochure. |
| 4. What are the dimensions available? |
| Dimensions can be customized. We can make the products as per the dimensions you prefer. |
| 5. Do you custom make? |
| Yes, of course. We carve stone out of your drawings & pictures by finely craftsmanship. |
| 6.Do you install? |
| We have our own installation team. If it is necessary, we will provide this service but it is not free and have charges. |
| 7. Can I see the production process? |
| Yes. We will keep you posted with production photos. We will not pack the products until we get your approval on the final products. In the meantime, we warmly welcome your visiting to our factory. After you check the quality, then we ship it. |
| 8. Do you have e-catalogue send to customers? |
| Yes. We have e-catalogue including all pictures of our products. If you are interested in our products, we are able to send you our catalogue for your selection. |
| 9. What is the package? |
| The carved stone are packed in strong seaworthy wooden crates with fumigation. Each stone is well protected. |
| 10. How many items can be loaded in a container? |
| Generally one container can load approximately 16-25MT depends on the items. The weight is estimated when you are quoted. |
| 11. What is your lead time? |
| 1) Normally one container order needs 25 days. 2) Transportation duration information: West European main port: 27 days Felixstowe / Belfast / South Ampton: 40 days Dublin: 35days Western coast of America: about 18 days Eastern coast of America: about 30 days Other destination, please email us to get our answer. |
| 12. Can you send the goods to my house? |
| Yes, we can. We can arrange the shipment and deliver your order to your house directly. |
| 13. What are your acceptable payment terms? |
| a). T/T(Telegraphic Transfer)---30% deposit before production, 70% paid after receive the copy of bill of lading by fax or e-mail. b). Irrevocable L/C at sight (letter of credit) |
| 14. What is your warrant policy? |
| We warrants that all carved stone items are of merchantable quality and will be replaced if defective or broken. The client should inform us within 10 days of delivery. Yes, we are sure that our packing is safe enough. We use strong wooden crates for outside packing. Inside, we use cardboard box. In addition, we will buy "all risks" insurance as per your requirement. In the case of damage happens, firstly you can refer to the insurance company to claim the damage. If the damage occurred due to the fault of packing, our company will take the responsibility. The good may be broken because of violent collision caused by ship, truck or careless handling. Please take several photos of the packing before you open it. If the packing is okay, but goods is broken, it is our responsibility. On the contrary, if the packing and the goods are both broken, it is the logistic company responsibility. We promise: no matter whose responsibility it is, as long as the goods is broken, we will try our best to send you a new one in shortest time freely. |
