Description
Black silicon carbide is non-metallic mineral products, with quartz sand (SiO2) and anthracite or petroleum coke (c) as the basic raw materials, generated at a high temperature above 1800° C.
Usage:
It has high hardness, small expansion coefficient, crisp and good thermal conductivity characteristics, extensively used in abrasives, electronics, abrasive, refractory materials, special ceramics, ceramic foam, auto parts, military aviation, steel making, deoxidation agent.
