Product Description
Automatic crystal artificial rice making machine / production line
Brief introduction
This process line uses rice power as the main raw material, and some other vitamin and mineral material can be added as the products required. The material is extruded into rice shape by the single-screw extruder, dried to needed moisture content, and eaten after boiled 5-8min. The extruding technique makes it possible to strengthen the micronutrient in the rice and solidify it.
Flow chart: Raw material→ Mixing→ Conveying → Single Screw Extruding→Drying
Voltage in China: Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers' Local voltage according to different countries

DAYI:one produciton line can produce only one category,but can produce different shape with change different molds.
5.what kind of fuel we can choose to start production?
DAYI:You can choose gas,diesel,eletricity as fuel,but pls tell your idea to our sales when you ask for quotaiton.
