Product Description
Al2O3 85% Black Fused Alumina for Polishing and Sandblasting
Corundum, common name, also known as carborundum, mixed with bauxite, carbon materials, iron, three kinds of raw material through the melting reduction system. The main chemical composition of corundum is AL2O3, its content is about 94.5% -97%, and the other containing a small amount of Fe, Si, Ti, and so on.
APPLICATION1. Blasting corundum - the abrasive blasting with moderate hardness, high bulk density, no free silica, heavy, good toughness, corundum is the ideal "green" blasting material, widely used in aluminum, the copper profile glass, washed jeans precision mold areas;
2. Free grinding - grinding grade abrasives, used in cathode-ray tube, optical glass, silicon, lenses, clocks, glass, crystal glass, jade and other areas of free grinding, abrasive materials is widely used in domestic;
3. Resin Abrasives - Abrasive have the right color, hardness, toughness, suitable particle cross-section type and edge retention, used in resin abrasive, the results are satisfactory;
4. Coated abrasives - abrasive sandpaper, gauze and other manufacturers of raw materials;
5. Corundum functional filler - mainly used in automotive brake parts, special tires, specialty building products, can be used as wear-resistant materials of construction of motorways, runways, docks, parking lots, industrial floor, stadium, etc;
6. Filter medium - new abrasive applications, the bottom of the filter bed is particulate abrasive for medium to purify drinking water or wastewater, is a new type of water filter material, particularly suitable for non-ferrous metal processing oil drilling mud weighting agent;
7. Abrasive water-jet cutting - abrasive as cutting media rely on high-pressure water jet cutting, cutting oil (gas) pipelines, steel components, a new, environmentally safe cutting mode.
