Product Description
Generic Name: Amoxicillin Soluble Powder
Appearance: White or slight yellow powder
Pharmacodynamics:
Amoxicillin is a wide-spectrum β -lactam antibiotic. It kills the bacteria by inhibiting the synthesis of its cell wall. Clavulanic acid (rinn) is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which can decrease the mic of amoxicillin, so its treatment effect can increase several even scores of times. Rinn can also restore the enzyme-producing bacteria's sensitivity to drug. In addition to the bactericidal effect on gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria, this product is also extremely active against bacteria resistant to amoxicillin.
Pharmacokinetics:
Amoxicillin is stable in gastric acid. 74-92% of the internal medication by monogastric animals is absorbable. Amoxicillin is well distributed in most tissues and humorals, including latex, perspiration, and tears. It can penetrate through blood-brain barrier and placenta. Clavulanic acid can be well absorbed with wide distribution, infiltrating humorals. Part is catabolized internally and the rest is excreted in original shape with urine.
Drug interactions:
This product is synergistically active with aminoglycoside with balanced dosages and it also shows a good synergistic effect with tmp.
If employed together with benemid, tubular secretion will be decreased, serum concentration of amoxicillin will go up and half life extend.
Chloromycetin, macrolides, sulfa and tetracycline will interfere the product's antibacterial activity.
Amoxicillin must not be employed together with vitamin c and sodium bicarbonate.
Functions:
This product is used to treat diseases caused by infections of bacteria sensitive to amoxicillin, such as chicken pasteurellosis, diarrhea alba, salmonellosis, staphylocosis and streptococcicosis.
Usage and dosage:
Water premix: For chicken_0.5g product/1 liter water, twice per day, successive for 3-7 days.
Packaging: 25kg/drum. According to your requirement for packaging.
Expiry date: 18 months from manufacturing date.
