Tungsten heat shield ,tungsten cup is very good materials for high temperature Hot-Zone construction .It works well at 1500-2200DC..The heat shielding is make up of multiple layers of molybdenum sheet with spaces between each layer.Generally , a heat shielding often consists of 3-6 layers of tungsten sheet backed by stainless steel sheet .For higher operation temperatures, the number of tungsten layers is increased as well as the thickness of each layer.
